"After much thought and consideration we decided to move from the rainy weather of Washington State and relocate to the sunny skies of Arizona. I began my search on the internet for prices and Realtors. Being a little skeptic of picking a Realtor on the net, until I came across Ruth & Ruth & Dave Richter, P.C., P.C.'s home page. I was impressed with the information available on his site. I talked to Dave on the phone and confirmed our home search arrival date. Dave picked us up at our hotel and we began our search. Dave did his homework well, and by the end of the day we purchased our "new home." We determined it would have taken us about 3 days to do the work Dave was able to do for us in a day. He also set us up with an excellent mortgage company. This has been the easiest transition for our family thanks to Dave's professional and personal commitment. I have also secured a job transfer thanks to Dave's local contacts!!!!!"
